I am a professional Italian chef with over 30 years of kitchen experience. I graduated from the School of Hospitality in Assisi, Italy, in 1998 and worked around Italy until 2011. I also spent one year in Spain and six months in Russia, broadening my perspective and techniques.

In 2013 I moved to Australia, where I have worked in several Italian restaurants and spent five years at Crown Casino. Today I channel this journey into refined, generous menus that celebrate seasonality, tradition, and flavor.

I created my knowledge and skills around Italy, graduating in Assisi and refining my craft in kitchens across the country before taking it to Spain, Russia, and finally Australia.
